Are you tantalised? Well, you should be! With our Organic Tempeh, this dish is as easy and tasty as they come and perfect for a group or family cooking sesh.

  • 200g (1 pack) of Organic Tempeh, cubed
  • 3 tomatoes, finely diced

  • ½ red onion, finely diced

  • 1 red pepper, finely diced

  • 1 bunch of coriander, finely chopped

  • 1 lime, squeezed

  • 1 avocado, mashed

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil (or oil of your choice)

  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 6 soft tacos or taco shells

  • 3 tablespoons of vegan sour cream, to serve

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  • Lettuce, shredded 

  • Vegan cheese, grated


  1. Prepare the tomatoes, red onion, red pepper, coriander and lime juice, and distribute them equally into two separate bowls.

  2. Add the mashed avocado to one of the two bowls, stirring thoroughly to make a guacamole (the mixture in the other bowl is the salsa).

  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat for 1 minute, then add in the tempeh. Cook for 2 minutes, mixing regularly to ensure it is evenly cooked. Add the paprika, cumin, cinnamon, salt and pepper, mix together and cook for 2 more minutes.

  4. If using soft tacos, follow instructions on how to grill or warm them.

  5. Let the stacking begin! Get your taco ready and add in your Bites, salsa, guacamole, sour cream and optional lettuce and vegan cheese.
